Estate Planning Software for Your Toolkit
Estate planners need to regularly review new software products and services to determine how to better, more efficiently and more profitably serve their clients. Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.1, requires lawyers have a duty to keep abreast of the benefits and risks associated with technology to provide competent legal representation. This webinar will feature a practical, practice-oriented overview of four products that estate planners, regardless of discipline, might consider. Each product will be explained as to how it can help practitioners and a brief demo of just a few aspects of the program will be illustrated. This will include: Estateably, that can facilitate estate administration, DecisionVault that can facilitate online completion of estate, probate and other planning questionnaires and transmission of data from clients to practitioners, FP Alpha that provides comprehensive planning software, document summaries and plan analysis, and EstateView that provides for comprehensive estate planning intake and plan design, including diagrams explanation letters and PowerPoints, AI document analysis and updating, and charitable and non-charitable tax and other calculators.
Speakers: Alan Gassman (EstateView), Ari Brojde (Estateably), Wouter IJgosse (DecisionVault), Ian Finnerty (FP Alpha), Thomas Tietz, and Martin Shenkman, Esq.
